Yes, you sure can. We offer store credits if you receive your item and decide you don't like it. As long as the good is in the original condition with attached tags we can make a smooth return. Check out the returns page here and download the returns form, which you will need to print off to send back with the item.
You have 14 days to return an item, although we advise that you send back ASAP if you want to exchange for another size incase we sell out. Any returns sent after the 14 day mark will be sent back to the sender at YOUR COST. Please contact us ASAP by emailing email@example.com and we will send out a replacement if it is in stock and a return courier bag. We may ask you to email us photos of the fault before we send out a replacement item.
We never forget preorders. Our system constantly reminds us we need to fulfil your orders. From time to time suppliers may have to delay their shipments or may not stick to the date we were told. We can't help this, its out of our control. Normally the dates we say are true, but sometime may be a little out. All pre orders will eventually be sent, we aim to do this as fast as we can. No, unless the item is delayed by 4 weeks or more. When you preorder an item with us at Mint Boutique you enter an agreement where we order that item for you, on your behalf. We advise that processing/shipping may be longer than expected for reasons out of our control. See our policy for more information here.
We are sorry about this. From time to time we have delays which may put orders behind, this is normally caused by us been swamped with orders. However we aim to get all orders out within 3 days, if it has been 3 days and you still have not heard anything please contact email@example.com so we can check this and find out whats happening. Before contacting us, please check the item wasn't a preorder if this is this case it will be sent as soon as it arrives to us.
We appreciate every email we do get, but from time to time we are swamped and receive an overload of emails which puts us behind. Our admin team work through emails from 7am - 11pm daily and aim to reply to all emails within 3 days, feel free to resend your email if it has passed this time frame.
