COVID-19 Closure Update #2

Dear Customer,

As the COVID-19 situation begins to change very quickly we now advise that further changes have been made to our business as a result of COVID-19 and the level 4 lockdown requirement.

Our online store will remain OPEN, however delivery will not be completed from any orders placed until the level 4 lockdown is removed. This is due to us not having access to our warehouse as we comply with the lockdown procedure. Also this is to ensure we free the couriers up for essential deliveries across New Zealand.

In our previous update we mentioned that our physical store in Fairlie will remain closed until further notice, this is still in place. 

We continue to advise our customers that you are still able to shop online. However, keep in mind there will be a delay of about 4 weeks, possibly shorter or longer until delivery of your order. Unfortunately we do not have a set time frame at this point.

We thank the Government for this move to protect the people of New Zealand and understand the importance of complying with this to stop the spread of COVID-19. As we have said before there will be light at the end of this tunnel, business and life will resume as normal. For now, lets focus on remaining at home and looking after ourselves.
