COVID-19 Level 3 Order/Customer Service Update

How long will my order take to be sent?

At this stage it could take 1-5 business days to be processed, then a further 1-4 days with couriers. This is due to increased demand and our warehouse being closed during the level 4 lockdown. We hope the wait will be shorter than this, however we are advising extra time due to increased demand for both us and the couriers. Orders will be sent in order of the date placed.

I missed out on the Addison clothing release, why?

We had high demand for our Addison release and from this items sold out instantly. We do apologise for this. Some items also oversold if you are a customer impacted by this you will be contacted within 1-5 business days.

Why is the processing time longer than usual?

As above, this is due to increased demand. We are working around the clock to process orders ASAP. However, we are keeping the safety of our staff & customers in mind and following level 3 requirements.

Who do I contact in regards to my order and the status?

Contact admin@mintboutique.co.nz for any order enquires. We will do our best to reply within 1-4 days.

Will the return policy be extended?
