COVID-19: Mint Boutique Return Policy

Due to COVID-19 we have slightly adjusted our returns policy and extended time frames.  

All returns can be sent back within 14 days from delivery. Please note level 3/4 lockdown is not included in this time period. Meaning you can still return an item even if the 14 day period has been breached. As long as the item was purchased and delivered before the lockdown period, and/or during this. This policy will be discontinued when we reach level 2. Please contact us if you are not sure if your order is able for a return.

When returning an item please ensure you ATTACH the returns form which can be found here; https://www.mintboutique.co.nz/pages/exchanges-returns when sending back we suggest using a tracked service as we take no respobility for any lost parcels.

Our team will be in touch in regards to your returns within 5-10 days of the parcel arriving to us. This is due to the current volume of returns we are receiving due to the lockdown. We do apologise for this wait and we will work hard to have this time frame quicker than stated.

Please note the below rules still apply when returning an item;

  • NO sale items can be returned
  • All items returned must be in original condition with attached tags. Store credits will be issued for these items.

Our team will be taking extra precautions and using PPE when dealing with returns. The safety of our staff & customers remains our priority.
