COVID-19 Update: Level 3 Status

Mint Boutique would like to advise all customers that our staff are now back at work and sending out orders as normal during the level 3 lockdown. However, we advise to expect delivery delays due to increased demand for our products & couriers. All online orders will be sent according to the date & time the order was received by us.

All staff and customers are our main priority at this point and from this we will be ensuring our staff are safe at work and follow level 3 requirements. Such as; social distancing, washing hands often, cleaning work spaces regularly and wearing PPE if/where required.

CUSTOMER SERVICE/HELP: If you have questions or concerns regarding your order please email us and expect a reply within 1-3 working days. admin@mintboutique.co.nz

RETURNS POLICY: Due to COVID-19 all returns will need to be made within 14 days from the date of receiving your order. If the situation changes further our team will be able to assist you if this 14 day rule is unable to be achieved. We will make our decision on each individual case.

PRE ORDER DELAYS: We expect some delays with preorders, each customer will be contacted directly if this is the case for you.

CLICK AND COLLECT: We ask all customers that at this point in time to NOT collect orders from our store when we change to level 3. Unfortunately, we are unable to maintain social distancing at our store/warehouse. Our team remain committed on working on option for this, a member of our Customer Service will be in touch with you prior to level 3 with an update. 

FAIRLIE STORE: Our store in Fairlie will remain closed until we reach level 2. However, dispatch will be working through level 3 to keep our online deliveries running.
