Online Delivery Update

Our Customer Service Team have been seeing a huge increase in queries around our online status and whether or not we are sending out orders.

We want to clarify that at this point we are NOT sending out online orders and will not do so whilst New Zealand remains under level 4 lockdown. The health and safety of us, our staff & customers come first. Our priority is to ensure the couriers remain free for essential & medical product deliveries only, as per the Prime Minsters first announcement. 

The Government is issuing some businesses permits to operate essential items, however we as a business our making a difficult decision that the safety of us and our customers is more important that sending out items that we don't class as essential. You will get your orders, we are nearly half way through this lockdown. 

We can and will get through this! However, the more businesses the start to find way of operating will mean the less chance of this successfully not spreading further. Please play your role, try continue supporting small businesses that are taking online orders but not delivering until after the lockdown. There is light at the end of the tunnel, hold fire, wait it out and safe lives doing so! 

Your support as always is greatly appreciated, lets do our part and stop the spread. Thank you to everyone who has placed an order so far, the wait will be well worth it.
