Exchanges, Returns & Privacy Policy

RETURNING AN ITEM FOR EXCHANGE OR FULL REFUND / STORE CREDIT
  • Goods* may be returned to us before 14 days for a store credit or full cash refund to the value of the good purchased. (This will be exclusive of any shipping fees) *This also excludes sale item stock, no returns, exchanges, store credits or cash refunds on any sale item, no exceptions. Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept the return of underwear, swimwear, pierced jewellery or cosmetics and make up.
  • We do not offer exchanges, instead we give out store credit codes which you can use to repurchase an alternate size/colour. To return an item, please download and print off the returns form. fill out all the information and send it back with your item. All postage costs incurred to get the goods back to us, will not be covered by us. We suggest using a courier with tracking to insure we safely receive the goods. The item you return to us, must be in immaculate condition as you received, no marks, smells or wear and tear will be accepted back. If an item is returned with the above points we will immediately return the item back to the customer, and no store credit /refund or exchange of item will be offered. The item must have the original tags and packaging on it to be returned. Please expect a reply from the returns team within 3-5 working days however sometimes a delay of 5-10 working days can be expected but we do aim to follow up all returns as fast as we can.   • PLEASE DO NOT RETURN SALE ITEMS, EXTRA FEES WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE PAID BY THE SENDER TO HAVE THE ITEM RETURNED, MINT BOUTIQUE DOES NOT ACCEPT SALE ITEMS FOR REFUNDS, STORE CREDITS OR EXCHANGES.

    FAULTY ITEMS

    Faulty items may be returned at any time, but obvious faults should be returned ASAP. The item at fault will be then sent back to our supplier for further investigation, if we have the same item in stock and at the discretion of our staff we may offer an immediate exchange. We will keep in contact with you on getting a replacement, or we will provide a full cash refund / store credit, dependent on the situation. All postage costs incurred to get the goods back to us, will not be covered by us immediately.     PRIVACY POLICY 

    • At Mint Boutique we never keep customers credit card details or bank account numbers on file. Immediately after the customer has revived and confirmed their delivery we delete all traces of the customers bank number and/or credit card details. Mint Boutique does not have full access to customers credit cards, our subcontractor Shopify manages all credit payments. They are a 100% safe, reliable and trustworthy company who take full procedures on protecting customers privacy and details.
