Exchanges, Returns & Privacy Policy
RETURNING AN ITEM FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT
- Goods may be returned after 14 days and exchanged for a new item, and/or store credit adding to the amount of the good purchased. *This excludes sale item stock. To return an item, please contact us to notify you are returning your goods and we will then give you details on where to send the product back to. All postage costs incurred to get the goods back to us, will not be covered by us. The item you return to us, must be in immaculate condition as you received, no marks, smells or wear and tear will be accepted back. If you send us back an item with the above points we will immediately return the item back to the customer, and no store credit or exchange of item will be allowed. The item also must have the original tags on it to be returned.
FAULTY ITEMS
- Faulty items may be returned at any time, but obvious faults should be returned ASAP. The item at fault will be then sent back to our supplier for further investigation, if another item is in store (the same as the faulty item) then you may swap for this. We will keep in contact with you on getting a replacement, or we will provide a full cash refund / store credit, dependent on the situation. All postage costs incurred to get the goods back to us, will not be covered by us immediately. In time after further investigation the postage fees may be refunded back, dependent on the situation. FULL cash refunds will never be given, only store credit. Unless the product is faulty we will then meet our obligation to refund if you wish so.
PRIVACY POLICY
- At Mint Boutique we never keep customers addresses, credit card details or bank account numbers on file. Immediately after the customer has revived and confirmed their delivery we delete all traces of the customers address, bank number and/or credit card details. Mint Boutique does not have full access to customers credit cards, our subcontractor Stripe manages all credit payments. They are a 100% safe, reliable and trustworthy company who take full procedures on protecting customers privacy and details.
