RETURNS POLICY


Mint Boutique Online Returns Policy



Effective 21 October 2025



1. Change of Mind Returns



  • Full-priced items can be returned for a store credit (no refunds offered).
  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags attached, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customers with unused store credits cannot exchange them for a refund.




2. Faulty Items



  • If your item is faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • Once assessed, we’ll offer a repair, replacement, or refund as required under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).
  • Return shipping for faulty items will be reimbursed once the fault is confirmed.




3. Preorder Items



  • Preorder items can be returned for store credit only.
  • Refunds are only available if a preorder is delayed by more than four weeks.
  • Preorders cannot be cancelled once placed.




4. Items That Cannot Be Returned



For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:


  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Jewellery
  • Cosmetics
  • Hair or head accessories




5. Exchanges



  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • You’ll receive a store credit code to repurchase another size or colour (if available).




6. How to Return



  • Complete our Returns Form and include it in your parcel.
  • You are responsible for return postage; tracked shipping is recommended.
  • Items must meet all return conditions or will be sent back to you.




7. Processing Time



  • Returns are usually processed within 7–10 business days after arrival.
  • Store credits apply to products only and cannot be used for shipping.
  • If you received free shipping but return all items, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your store credit.
