RETURNS POLICY

RETURNING AN ITEM FOR STORE CREDIT

Goods may be returned to us (Mint Boutique) within 14 days (including weekends) of the delivery date for a store credit to the value of the goods purchased. Shipping costs will never be included in the store credit price unless the product is faulty. 

SALE ITEMS

SALE ITEMS are excluded from our return policy. This includes all items purchased at less than the normal full price stated, so this includes any discounted product/promotion and the item in question may not be in the sale items collection as such but is still excluded and unable to be returned for store credit if discounted. We will however accept a return of a sale items for a new size, in the same style. Please contact our team ASAP if you wish to do this to ensure your size is in stock.

PREORDER ITEMS

All preorder items are able to be returned for a store credit as normal. A preorder item is a specially ordered item. Please do not purchase a preorder item and request a refund, we only are able to offer a store credit. Please note when you are purchasing a preorder item you are entering a purchase with Mint Boutique where we are ordering you a product at your request in that particular style/size. From time to time preorders may be delayed, and we advise that you should be aware of this before purchasing. Only preorders delayed by four weeks or more are eligible for a full refund. Please have this in mind when purchasing a preorder item, and consider this time for the expected delivery in case of delays out of our control. As a small business we are unable to accept cancellations on preorder items as this is a specially ordered item.

PRODUCTS UNABLE TO BE RETURNED

Due to hygiene reasons we also do not accept the return of underwear, swimwear, All jewellery, cosmetics and hair/head accessories etc.  Items sent back to us after the 14 day period will be sent back at the senders cost, the 14 day period begins on the day that the item is first delivered. 

PRODUCT EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges, instead we give out store credit codes which you can use to repurchase an alternative size/colour. To return an item, please download and print off the returns form. Please fill out all the information and send it back to us with your item. All postage costs incurred to get the goods back to us, will not be covered by us. We suggest using a courier with tracking to insure we safely receive the goods. The item you return to us, must be in immaculate condition as you received, with no marks, smells or wear and tear. If an item is returned with the above points we will immediately return the item back to the customer, no store credit or refund will be offered. The item also must have the original tags and packaging on it to be accepted back as a return.

GENERAL RETURNS INFORMATION 

No returns, exchanges or store credits will be offered on any sale item, no exceptions. We will however accept returns for the same sale item in a different size. 

Store credits will not work for shipping costs, only for products on our website. Shipping costs will also be deducted from your store credit if you received free shipping on your order and you have returned all items you purchased. 

When you send your items back to us please expect a reply and store credit within 7 - 10 business working days, however whilst we advertise this wait time our returns team do aim to have returns processed faster than this.  

Please return your item in its original new condition, this includes ensuring the swing tags are still attached to the item.

PLEASE NOTE; MINT BOUTIQUE DOES NOT OFFER ANY RETURNS FOR REFUNDS, ONLY STORE CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN. 

FAULTY ITEMS

Faulty items may be returned anytime, but obvious faults should be returned ASAP. The item at fault will be then sent back to our supplier for further investigation; if we have the same item in stock and at the discretion of our staff, we may offer an immediate exchange. We will contact you on getting a replacement, or we will provide a full cash refund/store credit, depending on the situation. All postage costs incurred to get the goods back to us will not be covered by us immediately. In time after further investigation, the postage fees may be refunded, depending on the situation. On the returns form, please add to the notes that you returning a faulty item.
