Mint Boutique Online Returns Policy
Effective Wednesday 3rd September
- Full-priced items can be returned for a full refund or store credit (your choice), provided they are in their original condition, with tags attached, and returned within the return period.
- Sale, clearance, or discounted items are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
- This policy applies for orders placed 03/09/2025 and onwards; any order placed prior to this date is not eligible for a refund.
- Customers with current unused store credit are unable to exchange their credits for a refund.
Returning an Item for Store Credit or Refund
- Full-priced items may be returned within 14 days of delivery (including weekends) for either:
- A full refund, or
- A store credit equal to the value of the goods purchased.
- The choice between refund or store credit is completely up to you.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in refunds or store credits unless the item is faulty.
Sale Items
- Sale items cannot be returned for a refund or store credit.
- This applies to any item purchased at less than full price, whether through a promotion, discount code, or sale section.
- We do, however, accept returns of sale items for a size exchange in the same style (subject to stock availability). Please contact us ASAP to arrange this.
Preorder Items
- Preorder items can be returned for store credit only.
- Refunds are not available unless a preorder is delayed by more than four weeks.
- Please be aware that preorder items are specially ordered for you, and delays can occur outside our control.
- As a small business, we cannot accept cancellations on preorder items once the order has been placed.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear
- Swimwear
- Jewellery
- Cosmetics
- Hair/head accessories
Any items sent back after the 14-day return period will be returned to the sender at their cost.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges.
- Instead, we provide a store credit code so you can repurchase an alternative size or colour.
When returning an item:
- Download and print our returns form, fill it in, and include it with your parcel.
- You are responsible for all return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked courier service.
- Items must be in immaculate, unworn condition, free from marks, smells, or damage, with original tags and packaging.
- If items do not meet these conditions, they will be returned to you with no store credit or refund issued.
General Returns Information
- No returns, exchanges, or store credits will be offered on sale items, except for a size swap in the same style.
- Store credits apply to products only and cannot be used towards shipping.
- If you received free shipping on your order but return all items, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
- Returns are usually processed within 7β10 business days, though we often process them faster.
Faulty Items
- Faulty items may be returned at any time, but please notify us as soon as possible.
- Once received, faulty goods are assessed and may be sent back to the supplier.
- Depending on the situation, we may:
- Replace the item (if stock is available), or
- Provide a refund or store credit.
- Return postage for faulty items may be refunded after investigation. Please note "Faulty Item" on your return form.
